LITTLE BUBBLE! Small batch, big city! In our case it should be called a “micro” batch. Because we distill our distillates ourselves - on a 40 liter copper still. Small production for the highest quality.
MAXIMUM REGIONALITY! Many of the ingredients for our spirits come from the region as directly as possible - such as our asparagus shells for the asparagus gin or our sea buckthorn in the Sundown Gin. This is not only more sustainable but also gives our distillates a regional touch.
