Brazil Astrid - Coffee beans 1Kg

Astrid is our new specialty coffee from Brazil! He is from the south of Minas Gerais, a region famous for its highlands. This green and hilly region with mild temperatures is conducive to coffee production. The best coffees in the region have been selected to make this Arabica. Cultivated between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level by the Cooxupé Cooperative (Cooperativa Regional de Cafeicultores em Guaxupé), Astrid is a blend of Arabicas of the Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties obtained by a natural process (the coffee cherries are dried before be pulped, as they were picked). Astrid is a very mild coffee, with a delicate acidity and a light body, which leaves a pleasant taste even after a few minutes (aftertaste). It gives off an intense red fruit scent and has chocolate-hazelnut aromas that will delight the most gourmet of you! Tip from our roaster: Astrid is a good candidate for espresso tasting!
