Minut'PAPILLON is a brand of care and hygiene products of natural and eco-responsible origin. Our company's skills range from R&D to sales. We are located in the heart of France, in Auvergne.
At Minut'PAPILLON, the formulas are developed in our laboratory, taking care to select the best raw materials and suppliers.
For the choice of raw materials we ban all controversial materials which could have a harmful effect on health and we also look at the manufacturing processes of these materials to see their environmental and societal impact. Thus we do not yet have a solid shampoo because we refuse the use of SCI (sodium cocoyl isethionate present in 90% of solid shampoos on the market and which has a negative environmental impact in particular).
We attach great importance to the selection of suppliers. The criteria taken into account are in particular: the quality of the materials, the location of the supplier (local, French), the values of the latter (human, environmental, etc.).
We are convinced that good partnerships must be based on the sharing of certain values.
In parallel with product development, we ensure the regulatory part in particular to constitute the DIP (product information file) which will then be certified by a toxicologist, to declare the formulas on the European portal....
Once all these steps have been validated, we enter the production phase in our laboratory. For our soaps, we have chosen the cold saponification process, which is an artisanal method of production that allows the precious properties of the oils to be preserved. This method of manufacture takes time because everything is done manually and there is a drying period of several weeks that accompanies the manufacture so that the soap can finally be marketed.
So we have to be proactive and let time do its work.
