Artisan production - 100% Italian Among the traditional Molise peasant dishes, Pizza and soup stands out, in some areas called "Mbanizza", prepared with country vegetables combined with a very simple pizza, made with corn flour. According to peasant tradition, corn pizza represented the daily bread of families and was cooked directly on the bricks of the fireplace. It was then crumbled into the wild vegetables and served. METHOD OF USE heat it with a drop of water in a pan or in the microwave before use. STORAGE Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days. IDEAL FOR a complete dish, rich in flavor to be enjoyed as a second course or as a side dish
