Sugar cane

With this creation, I wanted to work on the origin of rum: sugar cane. The goal is to have a very vegetal product, with a power of fresh cane on the nose and in the mouth, accompanied by a good length. It can be enjoyed dry, in a cocktail or used in cooking.
