Nourish and Glow was set up for a reason very personal to the two founders:
Co-founder Jenny’s daughter is a professional sportsperson, who has several food allergies. For her it is important to replace the nutrients lost to her allergies, and to maintain energy levels.
Because of this we have been on the look out for natural products with high nutrient content and as many health benefits as possible.
After a long search, we discovered our main product which is Raw Cacao. This ‘Food of the Gods’ has been around for thousands of years and originates from the Latin American Rainforests where it has been used both for its health giving qualities and it’s mental health and spiritual benefits - cacao ceremonies are very important in Amazonian culture.
Along the way we found Ceremonial Matcha Tea which is organically grown and processed for us in Kyoto, Japan - Kyoto and Uji are the only places in the world where genuine Matcha is grown. This amazing tea produces great energy and comes with high levels of antioxidants.
We think that whether you’re a professional athlete, are looking to enhance your diet or you just want to feel better, our cacao or Matcha has something to offer almost everyone and we’re delighted to share thes amazing products with you.
