AOC FRONTON Red : GRAPES: 50% Négrette, 25% Syrah, 25% Cabernet franc. WINEMAKING Traditionally lasting around 3 weeks, each grape variety is vinified separately with perfect temperature control.   We carry out 2 pumping overs per day, one with aeration as well as 2 pumping overs during fermentation. The wine is then aged for a period of 6 to 8 months in vats. VISUAL ASPECT : Fairly deep garnet color, purplish reflections, limpid, brilliant OLFACTORY APPEARANCE: First nose of blackcurrant and complex aromatics.   Fresh, intense TASTE ASPECT: Frank attack, very supple, with a very present tannic structure, firm and fine tannins, very fruity aromatic flavor.   Pink : GRAPES 60% Négrette, 20% Syrah, 20% Gamay. WINEMAKING The harvest is done very early in the morning in order to extract juice at low temperature.   The must, generally extracted by bleeding, is maintained at 8°C throughout the clarification phase. Once the juice has been settled, it is launched into fermentation, which lasts between one and two weeks at a stable temperature of 18°C.   The wine is then stabilized then aged in vats for a period of 4 months then bottled. VISUAL ASPECT : Light pink color, medium deep, brilliant, crystalline OLFACTORY APPEARANCE: Delicious and complex nose of tangy, fresh red fruits (blackcurrant, redcurrant) and citrus (orange zest), powerful TASTE ASPECT: Frank attack, round, suave, tender.   Good intensity and aromatic persistence, harmonious.   Dry white : VARIETY: 100% Sauvignon. WINEMAKING: The grapes are harvested very early in the morning to avoid oxidation and for the practical purpose of controlling temperatures.   Then it is destemmed then crushed before being sent to the press.   The extracted must is cold settled and then the fermentation phase begins, the temperature of which is perfectly controlled. The wine is bottled quickly in order to preserve all its freshness and aromas. VISUAL ASPECT : Pale yellow color, green reflections, crystalline, long and fine tears OLFACTORY APPEARANCE: Frank nose, first nose of white flowers then evolves into citrus zest (lemon, lime) TASTE ASPECT: Round attack, ample, fresh, light, easy to drink.   Dominant citrus flavor.   Good balance (acidity/roundness/aromas), harmonious.   Soft White: GRAPES 60% Négrette, 20% Syrah, 20% Gamay.
