Organic olives with stone, green with Bukovo, 180 g

Large green olives with stone, marinated in olive oil and bukovo. From organic farming Bukovo is a spicy pepper from northern Greece. The green Halkidiki olives come from the Halkidiki peninsula Greek Macedonia. They are almost exclusively cultivated there. This variety has large, green fruits. Many olive varieties change their color towards purple as they ripen, Brown or black. The Chalkidiki olive, on the other hand, remains green.
