Made by our Il Parco caseificio in San Giovanni Rotondo in Gargano, with cow's milk from the Puglia region. Soft and melting, this Fior di latte in balls in its whey will go wonderfully with all your pizzas! This type of mozzarella has a delicate and particularly creamy texture. It will stand out thanks to its distinct taste. Once baked, its texture is soft and stringy. Thanks to its ball shape, you can dry it and cut it as you wish. All you have to do is add it to your preparations! Whatever your cutting size, it will easily withstand cooking in the oven, without burning.
