An artisanal organic tomato puree, made from long tomatoes characterized by compact flesh with a sweet and delicate taste, and a variety of round tomatoes which give it a bright color and a velvety texture. The tomatoes are exclusively grown at the Posta Faugno farm on organic rotation fields and are harvested by hand in the months of July and August at the best moment of ripening, preserving flavors and nutritional properties. In addition, all the tomatoes in our preserves are grown according to ARMONICOLTURA® procedures and standards controlled at each phase of work to give the product an authentic and incomparable taste.
