The tomatoes are grown exclusively on the lands of Rosso Gargano and affiliated farmers and exclusively in the Gargano and are harvested by hand in the months of July and August at the best moment of ripening, preserving the flavors and nutritional properties.Processing and production are carried out in Foggia (administrative capital of Northern Puglia) in the facilities of the Rosso Gargano company.
