Nothing more! This dried tomato caviar is made from fleshy and tasty tomatoes from the Puglia region. Once ripe, they are harvested and then dried in the old-fashioned way, simply in the sun. Once dried, they are mixed with olive oil which allows them to be rehydrated and to obtain an intense and powerful taste. This vegetable cream is used as an antipasto, as a sauce or as a sandwich base. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers on their family land in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - a major agricultural territory in the Alto Tavoliere agricultural zone - and are BRC food certified. They are harvested when ripe, at the best time of the season, to have maximum freshness and flavor. Packaging: 12 jars per package. Weight: 190g.
