The Scamone is cut from the rump of the pig: one of the tastiest and most precious cuts of the animal.      This part is the most delicate of the ham, away from the bone, the flesh is very tender and very tasty, in Gargano it is nicknamed: the "Culatello" of Gargano, like the famous Culatello di Zebello from Parma.      The piece is closed and well tied up, it keeps very well. Our scamone is plain and seasoned with Gargano herbs and berries.      Scamone is gluten-free. It is offered to you in vacuum-packed pieces of approximately 1kg, with a shelf life of 6 months.
