Oltresole wholemeal carnaroli rice is a variant of carnaroli rice so the appearance of the grain is the same, that is, a little elongated but the color of the grain is darker. To the taste, brown carnaroli rice can recall that of dried fruit, especially hazelnuts. Brown carnaroli rice is a type of rice that has better nutritional values than the classic white rice because it is processed less.
