OAT BRAN (3 kg)

The soluble fibers contained in oat bran produce, once ingested, a sort of gel which has positive effects on cholesterol levels as well as blood sugar levels (blood sugar) by reducing the speed of absorption of carbohydrates. 

Oat bran, as part of a varied and balanced diet, is now recognized to naturally promote calorie restriction and therefore weight regulation or reduction: the consumption of these fibers generates a faster satiety effect.   Oat bran can be used in many ways: sprinkled in yogurt, compote, soup... 

It can also be added to bread dough, cake, cookies, pies or in vegetable pancake preparations.    Galette recipe: 400g of cooked and drained spinach, 100g of tofu, 4 eggs, 75g of oat bran, 1 tbsp. hass. 

vegetable broth powder. 

Mix the ingredients together and pour into tartlet molds. 

Cook for 20 minutes at 180°. 

Oat bran is excellent for health: it absorbs (like a sponge) some of the fats consumed, which thus pass through the body without settling there.
