PRECOKED OATS CREAM (400 gr)

The oat cream is precooked with steam to make it more digestible and assimilable by the body. It is recommended for feeding infants, pregnant women and convalescents. Precooked oat cream is used to thicken soup, thicken sauces and to make delicious desserts. For 2 people. Semi-thick consistency: 2 tablespoons cream of oats, 1/2l water or better, kombu seaweed cooking water (provides a mineral supplement and, through the seaweeds natural glutamate, strengthens taste of food). This pre-steamed flour requires cooking for 3 to 5 minutes. For young children: dilute further and cook for 10 minutes.
