
Whole wheat flour freshly ground on a stone millstone at the Commanderie water mill in Holland. WHEAT FLOUR 100% (T150) Seaweed turnovers: 250g of flour, 75ml of olive oil, 35g of sesame seeds and 1 small cup of water. Knead, let rest for 10 minutes and roll out the dough. Stuffing: brown 1 chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic in olive oil. Add 100g of cooked and soaked aramé seaweed, tamari, fresh herbs, lemon juice, grated ginger. Stuff the turnovers, cook for 20 minutes at 200°.
