Semi-whole wheat flour freshly ground on a stone millstone at the Commanderie watermill in Holland. Wafeltjes: meng 250gr meel met 75ml zonnebloemolie, rozijnen, gehakte hazelnoten, sesamzaad, 1 snuifje zout, 100ml water. Vorm een bol, laat 10 minuten rusten en rol het deeg uit. Snijd rondjes uit, bestrooi puts sesamzaad in bak 10 minutes op 180°C. Zeer knockerig.
