Le Blanc Bonhomme - Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux - White wine - 2022

The White of Château Pey-Bonhomme-Les-Tours is revealed by its depth in color, on the nose and on the palate.  A bright, slightly buttery yellow, its nose expresses both the exoticism of pineapple and the sweetness of acacia.  The palate reveals a surprising richness coming from a very ripe Sémillon and with a liveliness in the mid-palate coming from a pure and straight Sauvignon.  The persistence at the end of the palate is remarkable and does not leave one indifferent.  Our wines raised in Biodynamics, connected to life, to nature, bring meaning to what you drink and they will return it to you well.
