Pique-Assiettes is participating in the relaunch of the French pickle. Our organic French pickles are grown in open fields in Alsace. Pickles are harvested in summer; the harvest is done daily by hand to respect a certain caliber. The pickles are prepared fresh, less than 72 hours after picking, and seasoned according to a sweet and sour recipe (a subtle mix of vinegar and sugar), enhanced with a touch of dill. Firm and crunchy, they can be enjoyed in your salads, burgers and sandwiches and with your charcuterie platters.
