Domaine Populus Alba - Cuvée Confidence - Sauvignon Blanc

This confidential cuvée is made entirely with Sauvignon Blanc picked very ripe, harvested by hand, vinified in oak barrels and aged on lees. These characteristics give this wine original aromas, such as those of peach, lychee or banana, all supported by a woody note.
