Sri Lanka Blanc, harvest 2022

Light to light brown berries that smell spicy and are characterized by a harmonious full taste. Nice round sharpness. Sri Lanka Blanc goes well with fish, poultry, rice and potato dishes, as well as light sauces. The pepper grows in the species-rich spice gardens around Kandy. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
