Harztraum spruce tip spread

Our “Harztraum” is a spruce tip spread, it is made from the May shoots of the spruce trees in our Harz region. Picked by hand, the May shoots are processed with quince and apple juice to make a low-sugar jelly. The recipe was given to us from the time after the 2nd World War II.
