Sweet and sour red onions

Countach quality red onions prepared sweet and sour.  They are delicious on bruschetta, as an appetizer or appetizer, but also as a side dish paired with a second course of meat or cheese. The onions come from our cultivated lands in the Trapani and Palermo areas.
