The origin of the Carattatto Bianco Lucido vine is among the oldest on the island.  In the hills that descend towards the sea, between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo, it finds its excellent expressiveness.  The nature of the soil, sandy, loose, red, and the pedo-climatic conditions allow perfect ripening of the grapes, giving rise to a fresh, fruity and excellent drinkable wine.ANDstraw yellow in colour, aroma with interesting floral and citrus notes, fresh taste and excellent flavour.
