Matured exclusively in ex-Sherry casks, Fumé is a rich and aromatic peated single malt. Its notes of candied fruit, honey and coffee are carried by a soft smoky touch and a long, spicy finish. 46% Nose Very rich, it shines with its notes of candied fruit, nuts and honey. Very smooth with well-integrated smoky notes.​ ​ Palate Very rich, it is marked by notes of candied fruit, like pudding. The coffee notes and smoke are perfectly controlled.​ ​ Finish Very long and velvety with spicy and honey notes.
