Organic saffron beer 33cl - Safran'ALE - Vintage 2024

Safran'Ale is a special beer, because it is a beer for laying down. Saffron will enhance the beer and it can be kept for up to 4 years after the brewing date. It's a blond beer, almost amber, with organic cereals from Auvergne and our organic saffron. We will brew this beer with the brewer in a castle in Allier in Mazerier. In the castle there is a 15th century chapel with a representation of the Last Judgment. The brewery is called the Last Judgement Brewery. The beer has a special name because Safran’Ale refers to the type of Pale’Ale beer with saffron and Safranale is the chemical element that gives saffron its aroma.
