Produced from spring water 10 times saltier than seawater, it has always been used in the cuisine of the South West, and since 2016 has benefited from an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). Combined with Herbes de Provence, it gives a summery touch to all your dishes. Practical in its mill, it remains at hand throughout the year.
