DDM 08/30/2024 This risotto is enriched with various vegetables: peppers, carrots, peas, celery, onion, zucchini... Very famous in Italy, Carnaroli rice is often described as the king of rices. It is grown in Piedmont. The starch content of Carnaroli gives the risotto its delicious creamy side, and its ability to absorb flavors gives it real gastronomic interest. Thanks to its amylose content, it is never overcooked and the grain does not disintegrate. For even more flavor, it has been enriched with various vegetables: peppers, carrots, peas, celery, onion, zucchini. Once cooked, all you need is a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a good amount of parmesan. Also available with porcini mushrooms and truffle.
