It is grown in Piedmont. The starch content of Carnaroli gives the risotto its delicious creamy side, and its ability to absorb flavors gives it real gastronomic interest. Thanks to its amylose content, it is never overcooked and the grain does not disintegrate. For even more flavor, it has been enriched with various vegetables: peppers, carrots, peas, celery, onion, zucchini.
