FENNEL (WHOLE)

Fennel seeds, characterized by their aniseed, fresh taste and slightly reminiscent of lemongrass, are widely used in Mediterranean cuisine. This plant, similar to green anise or dill, flavors fish, marinades, dumplings, ratatouille, shellfish, broths.
