Wuyi Organic Oolong Tea - 250 g

Wuyi Organic Oolong Tea is made from the union of leaves obtained from different varieties of camellia sinensis found in the Wuyi mountains. 

Thanks to this blend it is possible to highlight in a single product the main characteristics that distinguish teas from the northwest area of ​​Fujian, also called rock oolong. 

The particular richness of rocks in the soil of the Wuyi mountains, in fact, leads to a concentration of mineral salts in the leaves that can be perceived during the tasting of the infusion. 

Furthermore, here the mineral charge is made even clearer and more evident thanks to the principles of organic cultivation applied to the soil and the camellia plants in the gardens from which this product derives.   The typical roasted effect given by the processing of the leaves widespread in this mountainous part of Fujian is also well present in Wuyi Organic Oolong Tea.
