Oolong Shui Jing Gui tea - 25 g

Oolong Shui Jing Gui (Golden Water Turtle) tea is one of the most popular rock teas from the Wuyi Mountains. 

He comes from the Shui Jin Gui province of the same name in Fujian. 

This tea begins to be harvested in early May and has a strong and rich taste characterized by well-balanced fruity and floral notes both in aroma and flavor. 

The curved leaves give the infusion a dark green-amber color.   Place of Origin: Northern Fujian, China.   Production: Oolong Shui Jing Gui tea leaves are long and curved and are more oxidized and roasted than Tie Guan Yin. 

Wuyi tea is not a single variety of tea, but refers to a type of tea grown in the Wuyi Mountains.
