Oolong tea Wuyi Rock Rou Gui - 10 g

Wuyi Rock Rou Gui Oolong Tea is a variety of yancha (rock oolong) quite widespread and highly appreciated, so much so that it is often called the fifth bush, thus adding to the four most famous types of tea from the Wuyi mountains. 

The popularity of the Rou Gui variety is due to its good diffusion throughout the mountainous area northwest of Fujian and its flavor. 

Furthermore, the leaves of this tea lend themselves well to being roasted several times and are often combined with other varieties of yancha to balance or reinforce the taste of the final product. 

The terms Rou Gui in Chinese mean cinnamon and have been associated with this product due to its characteristic spicy flavor, easy to recognize and appreciate.
