Bi Lou Chun Green Tea - 250 g

The name Bi Lou Chun literally means "Spring Jade Snail" and derives from its delicate spiral shape reminiscent of a snail house. 

The infusion has a fairly rich flavor profile where vegetable nuances with a mineral tone also emerge, such as those that can be felt in spinach and courgettes. 

The distinctive sweet feature of this tea can mainly be felt on the palate and recalls the sweetness of some exotic fruits among which a slightly unripe banana taste stands out in particular.   Place of Origin: Dongting Mountain, Jiangsu, China.   A very classic processing process that involves, after a first wilting outdoors, the leaves are cooked in ovens heated to temperatures around 180 ° C.
