Chin Xin Gan Zhi Green Tea (Taiwan) - 50 g

Chin Xin Gan Zhi Green Tea is a type of camellia cultivar widespread mainly in northern Taiwan and usually used for the production of oolong oriental beauty. 

In this case, however, the producer has decided not to oxidize the leaf to try to enhance the vegetable and fresh character of this cultivar. 

This choice sounds even more atypical on the island of Taiwan given the custom of producing low oxidation oolong to bring out the most delicate part of the tea. 

Despite the combination of unusual factors, the non-oxidized leaves of this product are able to satisfy the wishes of the producer and give us a tea with an intense and unique flavor profile.
