Jin Xuan Organic Oolong Tea - 10 g

Jin Xuan is a camellia sinensis cultivar that is widespread on the island of Taiwan and is often identified with the initials TRES#12. 

Given the general nature of the name of this tea, it is necessary to explain a detail about these leaves and, to do this, we must talk about the harvest. 

In fact, this Jin Xuan was harvested in March, i.e. 

before the rainy season. 

In this way this product has been able to preserve a characteristic vegetable flavor that few Taiwanese teas can boast because for the latter to be harvested, it is necessary to wait more time for the plant to have developed sufficiently large leaves. 

Thanks to the climatic conditions in which the plantation from which this product comes has developed, one can clearly feel that the plant has already managed to imprint all its wealth of minerals and nutrients on the leaf, giving us an infusion with a bright yellow color.
