Jin Xuan Organic Oolong Tea - 25 g

Jin Xuan is a very common cultivar of camellia sinensis on the island of Taiwan and is often identified with the acronym TRES #12. 

Given the general nature of the name of this tea, it is necessary to explain a detail about these leaves and, to do this, we must talk about the harvest. 

This Jin Xuan, in fact, was harvested in March, which is before the rainy season. 

In this way, this product was able to preserve a characteristic vegetable flavor that few Taiwanese teas can boast since for the harvest of the latter it is necessary to wait longer for the plant to develop sufficiently large leaves. 

Thanks to the climatic conditions in which the plantation from which this product comes has developed, you can clearly feel that the plant has already managed to impart all its richness of minerals and nutrients to the leaf which, through processing, give us an infusion from bright yellow color.
