A truly irresistible product that cannot be missing in your pantry. In this black olive pate you will find all the ripe pulp of our olives - with the addition of extra virgin olive oil. A pasty and deliciously savory pate, with an intense color and a unique character. The olives are washed and deamarised in water and salt for about 6 months using a method that is therefore natural and linked to our tradition. The olives are then processed to extract the pulp that makes up this paté and to give a perfect balance of taste and color. The paté is put into pots, obviously using extra virgin olive oil. It is an excellent paté for bruschetta but also for filling sandwiches and sandwiches.
