Linguini "Sorrento" with tomato sauce & basil is probably the most loved Italian pasta recipe. It's basically pasta and tomato sauce with some basil leaves and, of course, your personal touch like grated cheese, pepper, spicy oil. Made with Italian premium pasta and 100% natural ingredients. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 12/14 minutes Bring 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan.  Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. For a softer texture add more water and keep cooking. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil, add optional grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. During cooking add 4 anchovies fillets and just before serving 80g of diced mozzarella. WINE PAIRING: White, medium body wine.
