Preparation for organic cake - almond cake - organic and gluten-free

This soft almond cake is a nod to our Nantes origins. With this preparation you have on hand all the ingredients to easily make a soft vegan almond cake, gluten-free and prepared with 100% ingredients from organic farming. We also provide you with organic icing sugar (made by us) to make the icing. You can also use this mix to prepare a Nantes cake (by adding rum to the preparation) or financiers.
