Apple-Cinnamon candies handmade in France

The presence of cinnamon dates back at least to the beginning of the 13th century in France, where it is found in the recipe for hypocras (sweet and spicy medieval wine), and in broths.  This aromatic substance, from the bark of the cinnamon tree, has been very popular since then, in combination with other foods.  Our candies combine the deliciousness and acidity of the apple with the spicy flavor of the cinnamon powder they contain...  An irresistible blend of flavors!
