ORGANIC CEYLON CINNAMON

In France, cinnamon is often used in sweet dishes, pastries, in combination with apple or chocolate, gingerbread or mulled wine. In the countries of North Africa and Asia and particularly in India, cinnamon is used in many savory preparations, such as tagines, pastillas, chorbas or many Indian massalas... Ceylon cinnamon is unanimously appreciated in all cuisines around the world and we understand why… You can infuse our cinnamon powder into your sauces or add it to your marinades. It withstands cooking quite well although if you use it in powder form you must be careful not to put it in direct contact with the hot pan which could burn it. You can also drink it as an infusion or in a hot chocolate, powdered, covered, cold start then bring to the boil, leave for 10 minutes before filtering and consuming. You can then drink your preparation hot or cold and enjoy the benefits of cinnamon.
