Ceylon cinnamon powder

Our Ceylon cinnamon comes from Sri Lanka, Ceylan was the name of Sri Lanka until 1972. The name Ceylon has been kept as a quality label for tea and cinnamon. Cinnamon is grown with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it. Our cinnamon is of a rare delicacy, slightly sweet and woody. Fingourmets also offers whole Ceylon cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon powder that you buy on this site is freshly ground, in a traditional way in our workshop in Isère. We renew our grinds once a week in very small quantities to prevent the cinnamon from going flat.
