Ingredients: "Habanero" pepper. The habanero pepper (Capsicum chinense) native to Mexico is a species of pepper from the Solanaceae family. It is cultivated for its fruits with a particularly pungent flavor. It is also called West Indian pepper or Cabri pepper in Reunion. This pepper is extremely hot (including for pepper lovers): on the Scoville scale, it is noted from 100,000 to 577,000 for certain varieties. A single drop of it is enough to burn the lips and tongue. Be careful with the dosage! The ideal being to infuse it in an oil... easier to dose afterwards!
