Stainless steel truffle cutter

This truffle cutter, made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with a smooth cutting blade, manually adjustable from 0.3 to 3 mm. It is the special and unique utensil for slicing both fresh and preserved truffles. The precision of the cut allows the truffles to be cut into very thin slices, optimising their yield. The purpose of the cutter is to extract a large number of slices from the truffles, which translates into a greater diffusion of their aroma and flavor over the food. To do this, we will carefully turn the wheel that controls the cutting blade until we obtain the thinnest possible cutting thickness. If this is not enough, we will turn the wheel until we obtain almost transparent sheets. Dishwasher use is not recommended. Format: Presented in a cloth bag. With the truffle cutter you can also slice fruits and vegetables as long as they are not too hard, since the system that regulates the position of the cutting blade would be affected, potentially shortening the life of the product.
