Black truffle juice (Tuber Melanosporum) 200 ml.

Product obtained from the first cooking of fresh black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum), at low temperature, with the only addition of a little water and salt. The resulting product contains all the flavour of the winter black truffle and is used in many recipes and culinary preparations. Truffle juice is especially indicated as a reinforcement in cooking, during or outside of truffle season. It is used in broths or soups, risotto, sauces or roasts and stewed birds. It is the base of any truffle sauce and is added as a condiment to a wide variety of dishes that require the flavour of black truffle. To make the juice preserve we use truffle, water and salt as ingredients. No other ingredients. Cooking is done at a low temperature, and during this process the truffle releases juice and loses weight. This juice is bottled directly without any additives, resulting in a 100% natural product. Storage The approximate shelf life of the unopened container is one to two years. Once the container has been opened but the entire product has not been consumed, it must be kept in the refrigerator at +4º for a period of no more than 10 days. Curiosities The famous composer Gioacchino Rossini defined the truffle as the Mozart of mushrooms, while creating numerous recipes with truffle as an ingredient, which are still popular today.
