
Sagavin Boğazkere&Öküzgözü was harvested on the same day from our vineyards in Denizli region. Fermentation and rest were completed together. Left to rest for 8 months in French oak. Bogazkere grape is a small-grained grape with a high body and an astringent taste. The Öküzgözü grape has larger grains, is juicier and has a thin skin. These two grapes originate from the Eastern Anatolia region and have been known throughout history to balance each other. Sagavin processes these two grapes from the Denizli region. This wine has a long finish and dark chocolate flavours. The combination of Bogazkere and Öküzgözü, which together complete their journey from vineyard to bottle, goes well with sauced and flavoured meat dishes. Winner of TWC Gold Medal. Recommended serving temperature is 15-20 degrees.
