Signium Shiraz - Bogazkere - Cabernet Sauvignon - Turkish wine house

Among the grapes harvested in late September in the different regions of Anatolia, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Boğazkere and Cabernet Franc are the prominent grapes in Signium with their superior qualities, as they are collected with a very low production of 5-6 tons per hectare . Signium vintage 2016 is a blend of 36% Shiraz (Denizli), 30% Cabernet Sauvignon (Thrace), 18% Boğazkere (Denizli) and 16% Cabernet Franc (Thrace). For Signium 2016, the maceration period lasts about 12 days. Then this wine was aged for about 6 months in 100% French oak barrels with sur-lie technique. In Signium 2016 you will taste aromas of ripe cherries, plums, wild strawberries, vanilla and toasted almond. With a fruity, powerful and long structure, you will enjoy feeling spice in your nose and on your palate.
