Upcycling animal figure lion S made of flip-flops

Well roared ... ...Lion! This lion figure, designed with great attention to detail, actually consists of prepared flip-flops. The OceanSole organization collects sandals washed up on the coasts of Africa and has local artists use them to make colorful figures. A beautiful, handmade eye-catcher and a great thing too: 400,000 flip-flops are recycled every year! At the same time, the people employed at OceanSole from Nairobi and various Kenyan slums have a fair professional perspective through upcycling. The lion was made from recycled sandal rubber from 4 flip flops. Each product is handmade and therefore unique. The look and texture of the material can therefore vary somewhat.
