Upcycling animal figure Rhino S made of flip-flops

A beautiful eye-catcher... ...is this rhinoceros figure made from recycled flip-flops. The Kenyan organization OceanSole collects sandals washed up on the coasts of Africa and has local artists make colorful figures from them. The figures, which are handmade with great attention to detail, mean that 400,000 flip-flops are reused every year. At the same time, the people from Nairobi and various Kenyan slums who work at OceanSole have fair career prospects. The rhino figure has an imposing rhino made from recycled sandal rubber. Even the tail, ears and eyes are made from the material! Each product is handmade and therefore unique. The appearance and nature of the material can therefore vary slightly.
